Manufacturing Development/Training Coordinator

Full Time

Located in New Ipswich with approximately 90 employees, NH, Warwick Mills was honored by the state as the 2016 Employment Leadership Award winner. We specialize in R&D of advanced flexible composite materials which we quickly transition to manufactured solutions for our diverse customer base. Warwick Mills has over 60 patents or patents pending and is continuously expanding their premium product lines through research, development, and invention. Warwick is looking for a Production Floor Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a production line and employees effectively
  • Co-Manage and supervise the production team on the production floor to ensure daily production goals are met
  • Must be able to work as a team member and with cross functional departments to ensure a successful process
  • Assures daily production schedules are met and all issues are communicated timely
  • Provide training to shift leaders and associates with a focus on ISO 9001 Quality.
  • Adhere to manufacturing and labor schedules to successfully meet customer orders on time-on
  • Assures standard operating procedures and requirements are followed
  • Submit daily, weekly, monthly production reports on timely basis
  • Champions all safety activities, helps develop and meet plant safety goals, facilitate safety self-audits

Qualifications:

  • Great communication skills, team builder

  • 3 years experience in manufacturing role
  • Quality System experience and knowledge
  • Supervisory experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and other computer applications

Facilities Project Manager

Using synthetic high-strength fibers such as Kevlar® and Vectran®, Warwick is always creating new weaving coating and laminating technologies to provide innovative solutions for our complex customer applications. Warwick Mills has over 60 patents or patents pending and is continuously expanding their premium product lines through research, development, and invention. Warwick is looking for a Facilities Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the improvement, care and maintenance of all facilities.
  • Supervise the maintenance staff.
  • Contributes to the Annual Operating Plan and Budget process.
  • Is a hands on contributor in various tasks
  • Capability to work with a wide range of vendors, suppliers and partners.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Develop data collection and reporting processes that support decision making
  • Maintain compliance regulation updates and oversee permit processing/ renewal

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • The successful candidate must possess good communication and presentation skills
  • A strong work ethic and desire to work as a manager, supervisor and individual contributor is a critical success factor.
  • Understanding of building/compliance regulations and requirements
  • Ability to work in a heavily matrixed team environment
  • Plus: Experienced in change management within a regulated industry

Entry Level Engineer Technician with Degree

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Engineering teams to fulfill customer requirements
  • Interpret customer requirements and use available resources to create solutions applicable to the problems presented.
  • Communicate project status with team and participate in program reviews.
  • Follows the design process to create solutions to problems
  • Work with the team to create and implement the solutions and transfer to manufacturing
  • Run research activities with careful attention to documentation, review and analysis

Qualifications:

  • Strong team orientation
  • A degree in an Engineering, Product Development, or related field
  • Knowledge of CAD software basics
  • Light coding experience or desire to learn
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new technology
  • Good oral and written communication skills

Entry Level Assembly Position

Warwick Mills is hiring for an entry level, assembly position.

This is an entry level manufacturing position, no experience is necessary. We are looking for both full and part time workers. Work may include sewing, fabric inspection, small part assembly, and machine operation.
