Jewelry Internship

Part Time

Pay: $15 plus

We are a Brooklyn, NY based jewelry division of a larger textile design company looking to expand our team. This position is for part-time work in Brooklyn, NY only. We are looking for a part-time social media intern who is interested in fashion and enjoys modeling. The work would include helping with social media accounts, assisting with photo shoots, running errands and modeling our jewelry. Good online people skills and experience with instagram is a must. Bonus skills would include any of the following: photoshop, jewelry business, sales experience, social media marketing, web development, art history, fashion history. We are a small team and you would need to take on many different roles depending on what is going on that day. There is room for advancement and this could turn into a full time position. This is a female lead department and we value a safe work environment. We welcome all body types and all genders including trans and non binary individuals.

Manufacturing Development/Training Coordinator

Located in New Ipswich, NH, with approximately 90 employees, Warwick Mills was honored by the state as the 2016 Employment Leadership Award winner. We specialize in R&D of advanced flexible composite materials which we quickly transition to manufactured solutions for our diverse customer base. Warwick Mills has over 60 patents or patents pending and is continuously expanding their premium product lines through research, development, and invention. Warwick is looking for a Production Floor Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a production line and employees effectively
  • Co-Manage and supervise the production team on the production floor to ensure daily production goals are met
  • Must be able to work as a team member and with cross functional departments to ensure a successful process
  • Assures daily production schedules are met and all issues are communicated timely
  • Provide training to shift leaders and associates with a focus on ISO 9001 Quality.
  • Adhere to manufacturing and labor schedules to successfully meet customer orders on time-on
  • Assures standard operating procedures and requirements are followed
  • Submit daily, weekly, monthly production reports on timely basis
  • Champions all safety activities, helps develop and meet plant safety goals, facilitate safety self-audits

Qualifications:

Entry Level Engineer Technician with Degree

Warwick is looking for an Entry Level Research and Development Technician to join our product development team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Engineering teams to fulfill customer requirements
  • Interpret customer requirements and use available resources to create solutions applicable to the problems presented.
  • Communicate project status with team and participate in program reviews.
  • Follows the design process to create solutions to problems
  • Work with the team to create and implement the solutions and transfer to manufacturing
  • Run research activities with careful attention to documentation, review and analysis

Qualifications:

  • A degree in an Engineering, Product Development, or related field
  • Knowledge of CAD software basics

  • Assist in marketing and advertising content
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service
  • Some travel to visit customers or attend trade shows (less than 25%)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience
  • Ability to identify and qualify accounts

  • Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machinery, the building, or grounds as required.
  • Detects and reports defective equipment or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
  • Performs light troubleshooting of equipment and machinery.
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

Entry Level Assembly Position

Warwick Mills is hiring for an entry level, assembly position.

This is an entry level manufacturing position, no experience is necessary. We are looking for both full and part time workers. Work may include sewing, fabric inspection, small part assembly, and machine operation.
