Using synthetic high-strength fibers such as Kevlar® and Vectran®, Warwick is always creating new weaving, coating, and laminating technologies to provide innovative new products for our complex customer applications. Warwick Mills has over 60 patents and is continuously expanding our premium product lines through research, development, and invention. Warwick is looking for a person to be open to on-the job training for a career path to a Manufacturing Administrative Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
Perform and/or audit financial transactions when necessary for manufacturing operations, planning and accounts receivables.
Prepare and distribute documents and reports, teach team significance
Support various manufacturing administrative tasks as needed, working with the team to assign work and smaller tasks to accomplish larger goals and deliverables.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Proven experience in an administrative role preferred
Familiarity with spreadsheets and accounts payables & receivables
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Flexibility in day-to-day tasks, willing to cross strain in multiple areas with an enthusiastic approach
Quickbooks experience a plus
