Entry Level Machine Operator

Using synthetic high-strength fibers such as Kevlar® and Vectran®, Warwick is always creating new weaving, coating, and laminating technologies to provide innovative solutions for our complex customer applications. Warwick Mills has over 60 patents or patents pending and is continuously expanding their premium product lines through research, development, and invention. Warwick is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of production machinery. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup and operation of various machines and equipment.
Load raw materials and monitor machines during production to ensure proper function.
Inspect finished products for quality and report any issues to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Support senior machine operators and technicians as needed.
Document production data accurately and timely.
Perform minor machine maintenance under supervision.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus, but not required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic mechanical aptitude and good hand-eye coordination.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Ability to work with chemicals with proper PPE and follow Solvent safety.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs as required.
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of machinery and production processes.
Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
