Warwick is looking for a Facilities Project Manager to join our team.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on, working Facilities Project Manager to support and lead facilities projects across our textile manufacturing operations and biomass power plant. This role combines active project management with direct, on-site facilities and maintenance work in a live industrial environment.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in the field, supporting maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, and stepping in where needed—while also managing projects, contractors, and capital improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver facilities projects (renovations, relocations, upgrades, maintenance initiatives, etc.)

  • Perform hands-on facilities work including basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building repairs

  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders

  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk plans

  • Oversee on-site work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance

  • Track progress, manage change orders, and report status to leadership

  • Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company policies

  • Participate in shutdowns, outages, and planned maintenance activities
